I am a qualified Fertility and Maternity Reflexologist, Aromatherapist and Massage therapist. I initially obtained a level 5 HND in Applied Science (therapies) back in 2007 (the highest qualification available in Northern Ireland) giving me practitioner status in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Ayurveda and spa treatments.

Since then I have further developed my skills and training with  various courses including:

When I started my training in 2004, I wanted to help others in a more holistic manner, understanding that holistic therapies such as reflexology and aromatherapy could help improve health and well being as well as complement western medicine.

In my 18 years of experience I have worked with many clients with a wide range of health and well being issues including long term illness, chronic conditions and couples on their fertility and maternity journey.
